Save a PDF as a Word file
Save a copy as Word and each PDF page becomes a Word page the same size and way up. The words come across as text you can edit; drawings, stamps and markups stay in place behind them.
Open the editorFree. No sign-up. Nothing is uploaded.

Good to know
Words that are turned sideways or sit on a busy drawing stay part of the picture, so nothing shows twice.
A scanned PDF has no words to lift out: it comes across as pictures.
Questions
Will the layout match the PDF?
Each page keeps its size and layout. Words sit where they were on the page, in text boxes, so the page looks the same.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The editor runs in your browser and opens files straight from your device. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone else to see or keep.
